Pre-Treatment Recommendation: Avoid excessive sun exposure or using tanning beds for at least two weeks prior to your treatment. Avoid using skin care products that contain retinol, glycolic acid, alpha-hydroxy acid, or other exfoliating ingredients for at least one week prior to the treatment. Avoid any other skin or facial treatments for two weeks before your appointment.

 

Post- Treatment Recommendation:  Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 48 hours after your treatment to prevent potential damage or hyperpigmentation. Refrain from using makeup or skincare products containing retinol, glycolic acid, alpha-hydroxy acid, or other exfoliating ingredients for at least 3 days after treatment. Use a moisturizer to help calm and hydrate the skin. Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher to shield your skin from sun damage. Avoid picking or scratching your skin, as it may lead to scarring or pigmentation problems.
