Turn-Key Solution

At Blue Lagoon Float and Spa, we take the stress out of launching your business with our comprehensive turn-key solution. We handle everything—from negotiating leases with landlords to overseeing construction and fitting out your spa. With an approximate fit-out time of just 4-6 months, our experienced team will ensure that every detail is taken care of, so you can focus on building your clientele and growing your business. Franchise Set-Up Cost

The initial set-up cost for a Blue Lagoon Float & Spa franchise ranges from $475,000 to $575,000 + GST depending on the size of the tenancy you require (the minimum requirement is 220 sqm). This investment amount is before any landlord incentives are contributed towards your fit out or rent-free period. Taking these incentives into account, your initial set-up cost can be considerably reduced. Your investment covers everything needed to establish your spa, from the initial franchise fee of $60k to bank guarantees, plant and equipment, training, and support to ensure a smooth launch and ongoing operation.

Co-Ownership Option

For those interested in a collaborative approach, we also offer a co-ownership option where franchisees can initially own 60% , while the  franchisor retains a 40% stake. This arrangement allows you to maintain significant control over your franchise while benefiting from the support and expertise of the franchisor. Additionally, once you feel comfortable and ready to take the next step toward financial freedom, you have the option to purchase the remaining 40% of the franchise. This flexibility empowers you to achieve complete ownership and further solidify your financial independence.

Low Royalty Fee and Terms

We offer a highly competitive royalty fee of just 8% on gross revenue, enabling you to maximize your profitability. To support your cash flow and aid in the growth of your new business, franchisees receive a 4-month royalty waiver upon opening. This waiver is designed to ease the initial financial pressures and help establish a solid foundation for long-term success. Our franchise agreement includes an initial term of 7 years with a renewable 7-year option. 

Lower Labour Cost

Unlike conventional day spas that require one-to-one labor to generate sales, our state-of-the-art float pools, which account for an impressive 60% of our revenue, require minimal labor to operate. This translates to significantly lower labor costs. Our innovative offerings, including float therapy saunas, hydro therapy baths, and steam treatments, further reduce labor needs, resulting in lower wages and higher profit margins. Marketing and Promotion Support
