You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment start time. This will ensure your treatment will start on time and not be cut short. Your appointment block does include pre consultation if required and any turn over time for Disrobing prior and Re- Dressing.

Arriving early also allows you time to Settle into the spa, sip on some herbal tea and fill out a health history form, it is also a great opportunity to relax and unwind before we commence your treatments.
