Booking Policy
Booking online or via phone will require a payment of 100 % of the total treatment value to secure your booking. Payments are non-refundable, however can be used as credit for a future booking if you need to reschedule.
For Gift vouchers or prepaid orders, please call the spa to make a booking and provide the certificate or order number to secure your booking. Should your gift voucher or prepaid order be below the total value, the remaining balance will need to be paid to secure the booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, in consideration for other clients who are wanting to secure an appointment we ask you to please do this as soon as possible.
We ask as a courtesy for at least 24hours notice during business hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancelled and rescheduled appointments that do not provide the required 24 hours notice, will forfeit the total cost of your treatment/s pre-paid deposit, gift voucher and/or online order payment.
No- Show Policy
No-shows for a booking will result in 100% of your booking deposit being redeemed, gift voucher or online order payment being used as payment for the total value of your treatment/s that were scheduled.
You can safely store multiple card details on your personal client profile through our secure Phorest booking software, making all of your future bookings with Blue Lagoon Float & Spa simple and super quick, or authorise us to charge your nominated card for applicable late cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with our booking policy. This authorisation applies to appointments made at any Blue Lagoon location operating within our shared booking system.”

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers or pre purchased treatments purchased outside of any promotional offers have a 3-year expiry date unless otherwise noted
Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 10-15mins prior to your appointment start time to relax in our lounge and sip on a cup of tea, fill in a consultation form (if new client), and visit the restroom or changerooms prior. Spa Treatment times are scheduled specifically and may result in reduced treatment time if you arrive late to respect the following guest bookings.
