Please note: We are currently experiencing an increase in bookings & due to COVID-19 isolation requirements  and reduced staff availability during this time, we ask for your patience and advise we may need to reschedule your appointment if one of our staff become subject to Covid 19 isolation requirements.

Due to current circumstances, we will now be taking a 35% deposit for all bookings. Please Note, Deposits are non refundable but can be transferred to your file as a credit for future use.

With regard to Cancellations we ask that you provide a minimum 24hrs notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

No shows will automatically forfeit the full value of their treatments.

Cancellations within the 24hr period due to covid 19 Government mandates will require proof of such quarantine requirements to ensure your deposit will not be forfeited as part of our cancellation policy.
