Payments are non-refundable, however can be transferred to your file as a credit for future use, if your booking needs to be rescheduled.

We ask that you provide a minimum 24 hours' notice to avoid forfeiting your payment on file, Gift Voucher or pre-paid purchase.

No shows will automatically forfeit the full value of their treatments.
Treatment times will be reduced for arrivals after your scheduled arrival time.
Consent
Parental consent is required under 16 years of age, they must also accompany them into the treatment room whilst having their treatment.
