Pre-Booking Information

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatments - this enables you to settle into spa, sip on some herbal tea and fill out a health history form, it is also a great opportunity to relax and unwind before we commence your treatments.

If you are feeling unwell the day of your appointment, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment. We ask that you also please advise us at the time of your booking whether you are pregnant, have any allergies (particularly Nut allergies), experiencing any injuries, skin or medical conditions to ensure your treatment is suitable for you. If you have been diagnosed with a medical or chronic condition, please check with your GP that your treatment will be safe for you and bring along a signed GP certificate stating you are able to proceed with your chosen treatments.

If you are pregnant, please advise the receptionist when making your booking as most treatments cannot be performed during the first trimester and some facials cannot be performed at all during pregnancy. Please note: we do not perform Pregnancy massage on any clients in their first trimester.

Gift Voucher and Online Purchases

Physical Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers purchased physically in spa will be redeemable at the location of purchase – The location will be printed at the bottom of the Gift Voucher with the selected Spas contact details.
Gift vouchers must be physically handed into the spa for redemption at the time of treatment.

Online Gift Vouchers & Treatment purchases made through our website
When purchasing a Gift Voucher online or treatment, you’ll be emailed a certificate number/order number – these can be redeemed at any Blue Lagoon Float and Spas’.
While making the booking, be sure to quote the order/certificate number, this will then be redeemed during your treatment.
